At Moolsetu, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent policies. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

Returns will not be accepted for normal wear and tear or minor variations in color, texture, or weave, which are inherent characteristics of handloom products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Products returned without original packaging or tags

• Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable)

• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us through the Contact Us page with the following details:

• Order ID

• Product images clearly showing the issue

• Reason for return

Once the request is approved, further instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other approved methods

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

5. Replacement / Exchange

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us immediately after placing the order.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the stated timeline, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us with your order details for assistance.
